Public Enterprise Post of Serbia, Belgrade, (hereinafter: the Post) in performing operations within its business activities processes certain personal data of the Users and other natural persons, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 87/18, hereinafter: the Law).
The Post processes personal data pursuant to the law and transparently in relation to the person to whom the data relate.
Personal data are, in accordance with the Law, any data relating to a natural person whose identity is determined or determinable, directly or indirectly, especially on the basis of identity designation, such as name and identification number, location data, identifiers in electronic communications networks or one or more features of his physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural and social identity.
Processing of personal data, in accordance with the Law, is any action or set of actions performed automatically or non-automatically regarding personal data or their sets, such as collecting, recording, classifying, grouping, i.e. structuring, storing, modifying or changing, disclosing, insight, use, disclosure by transmission, i.e. delivery, duplication, dissemination or otherwise making available, comparing, restricting, deleting or destroying.
The Post is obliged to respect the privacy of service users and ensure the protection of their personal data in accordance with the law.
The Post undertakes to process personal data, in terms of the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection. The Post will process these data, in connection with the provision of distance selling services, appropriately and with limitations, exclusively in accordance with the purpose of processing.
The Post undertakes to process personal data in a manner that ensures adequate protection of such data from unauthorized or illegal processing, as well as from accidental loss, destruction or damage by applying appropriate technical, organizational and personnel measures.

Contact details of the person in charge of the personal data protection
Persons to whom the data relate may contact the person for the personal data protection in connection with all issues related to the processing of their personal data, or in connection with the exercise of rights prescribed by the Law, in one of the following ways:
- by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
- in writing, to the address of the Post’s headquarters: Public Enterprise Post of Serbia, Belgrade, Takovska 2, Belgrade - for the person in charge of the personal data protection, or
- by delivering writs to the addresses of the Post branches or in person, at the counters of the postal network units.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data and the purpose of processing is the performance of a contractual obligation on the basis of a purchase order that the user fills out in electronic form.
The subject of processing are only those personal data of the user, which are necessary and purposeful for taking actions regarding the purchase order in question, so that the refusal to provide such data makes it impossible to provide the service.
The personal data which are the subject of the processing are: name and surname, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address.
Personal data retention period
The Post keeps personal data until the deadline for submitting a request for a complaint, i.e. until the end of the complaint procedure if a request for a complaint has been submitted
The right to file a remonstration to the Commissioner and the right to file a complaint
The person to whom the data relate has the right to file a remonstration to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data has been performed contrary to the provisions of the Law. The submission of a remonstration to the Commissioner does not affect the right of the person whose data are processed to initiate other administrative or judicial protection proceedings.
